National Construction Rentals, Inc. offers the National Construction Rentals Service Alerts program (“Program”) to provide customers with timely information regarding their rentals and services.

By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively agreeing to participate in the Program, you consent to receive SMS text messages from National Construction Rentals. Consent may be provided electronically, in writing, verbally to an authorized representative, or through another clearly disclosed opt-in method.

• Installations and removals
• Service appointments
• Schedule confirmations, changes, delays, or cancellations
• Site access or service-related requirements

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive additional messages through this Program unless you provide consent again.

Opting out of SMS messages does not cancel or change your rental, scheduled service, or other obligations. When possible, important service information may be communicated through another available method.

Program Changes or Termination

Any changes will not expand the scope of your SMS consent without obtaining any additional consent required by applicable law.
